Arizona is working on a new presidential eligibility law known locally as HB 2441. In essence, this law would require a presidential candidate to submit to the Arizona Secretary of State full documentation that proves the candidate is a "natural born Citizen" as spelled out in Section 2 Article 1 of the US Constitution. Any candidate not passing muster on this law would not appear on the Arizona ballot come election day.

Ninety-nine times out of 100, a candidate would be able to handle this chore with ease. Just present a real, and not forged, birth certificate, transcripts, and related documentation.

And then we have the secretive and obfuscating Barack Obama [AKA Barry Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro, AKA Barry Soebarkah].

Obama hasn't produced a valid [not forged] document since he first started in public service in 1997.

Jerome R. Corsi, Ph.D. in his best selling book Where's the Birth Certificate 2011 says:

"If HR 2441, or a law similar to it, is in place in Arizona for the 2012 presidential election, Obama and the Democratic Party will have no choice but to present all relevant birth and citizenship documents to the Arizona secretary of state to get Obama's name on the state's 2012 presidential ballot.

"No candidate for president could afford to be taken off the presidential ballot of even one state, and President Obama should not be given a pass on complying with state eligibility laws simply because he is already president."

Representative Bill Posey [R-FL] introduced HR 1503 in March 2009: The bill's full title: To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee's statement of organization a copy of the candidate's birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.

Rep. Posey had 12 sponsors, but his bill was referred to the House Administration committee. It's been gathering dust ever since. There were some changes in Congress in November 2010. Maybe if you make a few phone calls, you can get things moving again. We all one thing for sure: Obama has proven to be a disastrous president so people may be more inclined to stir HR 1503 up. At the state level, Arizona has legislation that Corsi thinks may be a model for other states to follow. Their HB 2441 is coming through the mill now; the AZ House has passed it. The Senate needs to do so, too.

You can be like the little boy who put his finger in the dike. Just don't do what one state did. They said we can drop our eligibility legislation because Obama has shown his COLB.

That is the epitome of ludicrosity!

Stir things up for US HR 1503, Arizona HB 2441; if your state has eligibility legislation in the works, get involved! Remember: if just one state passes eligibility legislation, Obama's 2012 campaign will start coming down like a house of cards.

This is far more than party politics.
This is national survival!
